Murdle books in order

Begin with the three numbered volumes, then choose a spin-off or junior title. Publication order is not a promise that every regional edition is already on sale. Check the ISBN and publisher date before ordering.

  7. Murdle Jr. and the merch are separate shelves.

The official market page describes the series as a number-one Sunday Times, USA Today, and Amazon bestseller. These are the source's historical claims, not a current chart ranking. Announced titles are separate from released editions; check publication dates in your region.

Wiki lists disagree about which book is 'fifth'. I follow the publisher counts above and I say so when a printing detail is edition-specific.

Questions and answers

How many Murdle books are there?

Three numbered volumes of 100, plus spin-offs (School of Mystery, Seven Skulls, Heist, Jr., and others). A single number such as 6 or 9 usually forgets a shelf.

Do I need to read them in order?

Each grid stands alone. Reading in publication order preserves the running character story; Volume 1 provides the introductory tutorial.
